Cookie Policy

Version 2026-10-09, effective from 09.10.2026

This document is also available in Romanian (switch the site language to RO). In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We also use similar technologies such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage). This policy explains what 3dview.ai, operated by CULOAREA DIN VIAȚA SA S.R.L., uses and how you can manage your choices. We use cookies that are not strictly necessary only with your consent (art. 4(5) of Romanian Law 506/2004, implementing the ePrivacy Directive).

2. Strictly necessary (always on)

These are essential for the site and your account to work and do not require consent:

  • token – authentication cookie (HttpOnly) that keeps you signed in; 7 days; set by 3dview.ai.
  • oauth_redirect – remembers the page to return to after Google sign-in; 10 minutes.
  • admin_token – administrator session (authorised staff only).
  • cookie_consent – stores your cookie choice (version, categories, date); 6 months.
  • language (localStorage) – the site language you chose; until you clear it in your browser.

3. Analytics (only with your consent)

These help us understand how the site is used and where visitors come from. The scripts load only after you accept this category:

  • _ga, _ga_<ID> – Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): distinguish visitors and sessions; up to 2 years. We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you consent, storage signals are set to “denied”.
  • _clck – Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): usage statistics, click heatmaps and session recordings with typed content masked; identifies the visitor; 1 year. Never loaded on sign-in, account, purchase or admin pages, nor in models embedded on other sites. Data may be processed in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • _clsk – Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): links the pages you visit into a single session recording; 1 day.

4. Marketing (only with your consent)

These let us measure how well our ads perform and show you relevant ads (retargeting). The TikTok Pixel and the Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) load only after you accept this category and never on sign-in, account, purchase (except the payment confirmation page, where the pixels report only the order value and identifier) or admin pages, nor in models embedded on other sites. Also only with your consent to this category, once a payment is confirmed our server sends TikTok (TikTok Events API) the value, currency, order identifier and package, your email, phone and account identifier (only as SHA-256 hashes), IP address, browser and the TikTok identifiers _ttp / ttclid; likewise, our server sends Meta (Meta Conversions API) the payment, checkout start, account creation and contact-form requests, with the same hashed data, IP address, browser and the Meta identifiers _fbp / _fbc; without consent nothing is sent. This category also controls Google’s advertising consent signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization), which stay “denied” unless you accept it.

  • _ttp – TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland): identifies the browser to measure ad performance and for retargeting; about 13 months. Data may be transferred outside the EU (including to the USA, Singapore or other countries) under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
  • _tt_enable_cookie – TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland): checks whether the browser accepts cookies; about 13 months.
  • tt_ttclid – 3dview.ai: the click identifier of the TikTok ad you came from (ttclid), sent to TikTok only together with a payment confirmation; 30 days.
  • _fbp – Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Ireland): identifies the browser to measure Facebook / Instagram ad performance and for retargeting; about 3 months. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA).
  • _fbc – Meta Pixel / 3dview.ai: the click identifier of the Facebook / Instagram ad you came from (fbclid); about 3 months.

6. Managing your choices

On your first visit you can choose “Accept all”, “Reject” or “Settings” (per category). You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page; when you withdraw consent we delete the analytics and marketing cookies set on 3dview.ai (and reload the page without the analytics scripts). You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block strictly necessary cookies, sign-in will not work.
