How can we help?

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to generate a model?

An AI model (from text or one photo) costs 10 credits, a phone scan 50 credits. GLB/USDZ/OBJ download and hosting are included. See the Pricing page.

What does hosting mean?

The model stays online with a permanent link: 3D viewer, embed on your site and AR on phones, no apps needed.

How much does hosting cost?

Nothing extra: hosting is included. After any payment, your models stay online as long as you use them.

What happens to the models of an account that never paid?

They are deleted 30 days after creation. We email you 5 days before; any pack keeps them as long as you use them.

Can I use the models commercially?

Yes. Every model comes with a commercial license for the downloaded files (GLB, USDZ, OBJ).

Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire; use them whenever you want.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
