No, credits purchased on 3DView.ai do not expire. You can use them whenever you want.
Q. Can I use the models for commercial projects?
Yes! If you purchase a 'Professional' or 'Enterprise' plan, you get a full commercial license for all models you generate.
Q. How long does generation take?
Standard generation takes about 2-5 minutes. Fast generation (available on higher tiers) can take under a minute.
Q. Why did my generation fail?
Sometimes complexity or server load affects generation. If a generation fails, your credits are automatically refunded. Try using a clearer image or prompt.
