2. Description of Service

3DView.ai provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate 3D models and videos from images and text prompts. These services are provided "as is" and are subject to credit balances associated with your account.

3. Accounts and Credits

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Credits are purchased in packages and are consumed upon successful or attempted generation of 3D models.
• Refunds for credits are only issued in the event of technical failures within our system that prevent model delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Input Content: You retain ownership of any images or text you upload to the platform.

Generated Content:- On 'Starter' plans: Content is for personal use. - On 'Professional' and 'Enterprise' plans: You are granted a commercial license for the generated 3D models.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use 3DView.ai to generate content that is:

• Illegal or promotes illegal activities.
• Infringes on the intellectual property of others.
• Deepfakes or non-consensual sexual content.
• Malicious code or designed to disrupt our infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

CULOAREA DIN VIATA SA SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
