3D model and AR on Shopify

Two options, both without Shopify apps and without a subscription. The first works with any theme; the second uses Shopify's 3D gallery.

The model shows in the product description, with rotate, zoom and an AR button. Works with any theme.

  1. Step 1

    Copy the code in 3DView

In your account, on the model, click "Code for website", pick the Shopify tab and click Copy.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Shopify app?

No. The 3DView code goes in the description, and the GLB file is uploaded straight to Media.

Which option should I choose?

The website code works with any theme and keeps your 3DView display settings. The Shopify gallery is good if your theme already shows 3D models next to the photos.

Does AR work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Android opens Google's AR viewer, iPhone and iPad use AR Quick Look.

Do I pay monthly for hosting?

No. Hosting, the website code and AR are included in the price of the model, with no subscription.

No 3D model yet?

Scan the product with your phone or start from a photo. You get the website code and AR included.
